- I am an RN and work at Associates in Family Care at the Adrian Office. I am married to a very kind and caring man of few words. I have one daughter Jeri Hester and she and her family live near us. We have 3 other children and 5 grandchildren back in Ohio. I enjoy planting my vegetable and flower gardens every year. I do many crafts, but at the present time I am into knitting and some beading. . .I enjoy attending the Adrian Christian Church every Sunday - -it gives the beginning of my week a big jump start.
- Favorite Books:
- I like to read anything except Steven King. I like inspirational books.
Iris Johanson is a favorite author because she writes a fast pace mystery. A woman after God's own heart is another good one.
- Favorite Music:
- I grew up in the 60's with good ole rock n roll with the Beatles, and
Motown artists. By the 70's I had moved on to Country Western which I still listen to. I also grew up listening to Old Time Gospel. We had numerous 78 and 33 1/3 records of the Blackwood Brothers who my parents loved. I listened to them a lot while doing my home work. . .
- Favorite TV Shows:
- I don't watch much TV. There aren't a lot of programs I want to watch.
Too much violence, bad language, or sex on most programs.
- Favorite Movies:
- I try to never miss - -It's a wonderful Life, and the Ten Commandments.
Ghost and ET are also favorites of mine.

Yes, I feel blessed that I get to be with my kiddos all the time- it goes WAY too fast and sometimes I catch myself thinking... I am with you 24/7- when did you start doing that? I absolutly LOVE being a mommy. Best job there is. Have a super week! See you Sunday (wish there was more time to visit!)
