No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
Had some requests for the recipe so here it is. I used light cream cheese and whipped topping and it was still dee-lish.
No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
1 (8oz.) pkg. cram cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
2 cups peanut butter
1 cup milk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (9-in.) prepared Oreo cookie pie crust
Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into two pie shells; cover, and freeze until firm.
I chopped up some peanut butter cups and sprinkled on top before freezing. Can also drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Comment by Stacey on June 3, 2008 at 2:00pm - Was yummy, the crumbs I scraped from the bottom anyway... I was excited to see the recipie as I used to have this and was requested by Anthony's bosses hubby each year at cmas party but... have never come across the same recipie! Thanks for sharing...
