Were so blessed to have such a wonderful church family

Thanks to my church family for coming and making our day so special. Thank you to all that helped plan and set up. It looked so beautiful. I couldn't have done it with out all of your help. Brenda Pullen's Spinach Salad

Hi all, Brenda emailed me and asked that I post her Spinach Salad recipe as there were some people asking for it. See it below- sounds yummy! No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Had some requests for the recipe so here it is. I used light cream cheese and whipped topping and it was still dee-lish. No Bake Peanut Butter Pie 1 (8oz.) pkg. cram cheese 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar 2 cups peanut butter 1 cup milk 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whipped topping, thawed 2 (9-in.) prepared Oreo cookie pie crust Beat together cream cheese and sugar. God's Mailbox, Bless Yous, and too tiny for teeth!

Summertime

I've always been a fan of summer. I enjoy the time off of school, although by August I'm itching to get back into the classroom. I've always enjoyed late night softball games and swimming under the stars. However, never have I longed for summer as much as I have this summer. Having a baby changes things. We had several snow days at Midway and then added two "sick days" on top of it. So we don't get out of school until May 27th...after Memorial Day! I cannot wait for that day.
