Just wanted to post a praise that Shawn and Amy received the TWO YEAR ALL CLEAR with Shawn's cancer fight! This is a BIG point and awesome news. Prayers were definitely heard and a fresh reminder that our GOD IS SO GOOD.

Brenda emailed me and asked that I post her Spinach Salad recipe as there were some people asking for it. See it below- sounds yummy!

Spinach Salad
1 bunch spinach or Romaine lettuce (can be mixed)
1 bunch green onions sliced or 1/2 red onion chopped or thinly sliced and separated.
1 pint fresh sliced strawberries
In large bowl, tear spinach or Romaine and combine with onions and strawberries.

Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar (I use Splenda)
2 tsp. poppy seed
1/4 cup milk
